Welcome to our application. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Nature of the Service

Our App serves as a scheduling interface designed to facilitate appointment bookings with A Perfect Touch Beauty & Barber. The App connects via API to a third-party booking platform, Acuity Scheduling. We provide the platform to view and manage appointments, but the actual fulfillment of services occurs entirely offline at the salon/barbershop.

2. Appointment Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

• Third-Party Processing: All financial transactions, credit card processing, and appointment data persistence are handled securely by Acuity Scheduling and their integrated payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not collect or store your payment details on our servers.
• Cancellation & No-Show Policies: All bookings are subject to the specific cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit policies established by A Perfect Touch Beauty & Barber. These rules are enforced at the time of booking.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate phone numbers, names, and email addresses when scheduling. Providing false contact information may result in the automatic cancellation of your appointments.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: attempting to bypass our API wrappers, flooding the scheduling system with automated or fraudulent bookings (spamming), or attempting to disrupt the app's underlying binary infrastructure. Violations will result in an immediate block of your IP address or user profile.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that the App will be completely free of bugs, interruptions, or API timeouts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—such as missed appointments, lost time, or scheduling conflicts—resulting from technical glitches, network outages, or downstream service downtime.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of the App shall be governed strictly by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect software updates or policy changes. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page.
